I had an excellent experience at Jim Robinson Ford thanks to Doug and the rest of the staff there. Very little wait time, everyone was super helpful and friendly, and Doug even mailed me my garage door opener I forgot in my trade-in. I would definitely shop here again.

Manager Evan Snodgrass made the legal/financial end of things a breeze. Friendly trustworthy people! They helped me out in 2010 and I had an equally wonderful experience 13 years later!

I've had a great experience with the service department here. I took a company truck to them and the service department bent over backwards for me. Given what they were working on they did an outstanding job!

Everyone at Jim Robinson but especially Mike was amazing when we bought our Bronco Sport. I had to wait for a while but it was no fault of theirs and it was definitely worth the wait!
