I stopped in for a brake light and had questions about it's replacement. TJ took it upon himself to help me remove the bulb, and coached me, then helped me, replace the clip holding the upholstery in. Nothing would have gone smoothly without his help. Thanks TJ!

I showed up after days of stressing over my battery. When I came in, one of the employees TJ immediately ran to help me even though they were busy. He was quick, efficient, kind, and professional. He even offered to teach me some stuff while he worked! He definitely helped me calm down. Overall, a good place with great people.

At this location, they do care. Not only will they help when possible they will also go above and beyond to make sure that the clients coming to them know what they are buying or looking for with very friendly & knowledgeable staff . It was a great experience staff member Mr. Rodriguez did everything in his power to help me in a impossible situation but we handled it and I'm very grateful to him. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring great staff.

This was my first visit today, but right away Dr. Quaynor made me feel comfortable and at ease, and she definitely listened and took my concerns seriously. The rest of the clinic staff was excellent as well. 10/10 would recommend!
