This location has been pretty consistent lately with their alignments. I used to have to come 2 or 3 times for the alignment to be perfect and dead on straight. Now it's just come in once and forget about it until it's time for my tire rotation.

The staff is more welcoming than before and definitely very knowledgably. This is the only consistent and great Firestone in the Garland/Richardson area.

Pulled up to this Firestone after being told by another repair shop near by that no one could or would help me. Having a hard time with ratchet downs to tie my luggage down. They were sympathetic and kind and simply showed me how to do it. Although my service wasn’t listed and I didn’t pay for anything I will DEFINITELY be coming here for future needs. Faith in humanity restored.

I live walking distance from a Firestone and chose instead to visit this location because I like the customer service.

I wasn't subject to an upsell but perhaps it's because I wasn't there for tires, just inspections of several major systems. They sufficiently warned me about an issue that was previously created by a losing combo of services from Discount Tire, Firestone (near me which is a 'franchise') and Walmart Tire services. Their collectives mistakes created the potentially dangerous problem I had fixed today at this location. I'm grateful for them speaking up to what could have been a disaster on the road with a flat tire (shredded wheel studs on one tire).

They gave me great quotes on other services I plan on coming back for soon. Thank you again for your service.

I deducted one star for leaving my car unlocked in the parking lot and the seat all the way back. I don't care if it's a friendly policy. Lock all the cars. That parking lot is sketchy.
