Went in today to switch up my unit for something larger & Melissa was very helpful in figuring out what suited my needs & what was available. All while juggling other customers along the way. Friendly & professional.

The team at SmartStop was awesome. Very friendly, and helped me find and rent a unit same-day. Rates were excellent for the area, and I was able to buy a few moving supplies in the office on-site. After a poor experience with Public Storage, this was a night and day difference. The facility looks like it was recently remodeled and I found the storage building clean. Good hours for access, and a strong emphasis on security. Would definitely recommend. I worked with Gabe, who was training, and did an awesome job making sure my codes were setup properly for instant move-in access and showed me the unit prior to signing the lease agreement. Thanks!

Melissa has been extremely helpful throughout this process and I am so grateful for all that and an awesome customer service as well (she even took time and help me look around or units that fits my needs as well) Thank you thank you thank you for making all this easy for me since its my very first time renting a storage! Gary was very attentive clarifying all my doubts about my unit's rental contract, how everything works and how I should do if something happens. In this first moment I have nothing to say about any discontent, just thank Gary for helping me with the contract, check my unit and understand how everything works. The unit was very well cleaned, all working apparently well, new gate, easy access, many cams of security.

I came to this place and left very happy they have all the stuff you need at affordable prices from candles to natural herbs and no they don’t do tarot cards I recommend this place

Nice little shop. They sell alternative medicines, white sage, insences, essential oils, prayer candles basically a metaphysical Supply store in my opinion.
