Got a call from BRC manager explaining their side of situation and they acknowledged that communication regarding delay could have been better from their side. After reading other reviews, situation I faced looks rare so I don't want to go too harsh on rating for one off situation especially when I know their side of the story now.
BTW, I also received the item I ordered.


Called them to check if they have a particular item in stock. They said yes. Went to their store in next 30 mins. They said "No we don't have the item in stock" so ordered item I was looking for by paying 100% in advance after they gave expected delivery date in 15 days. It is now 35 days since full payment and item is not yet arrived.

Always helpful, always fair. Knowledgeable staff and fast service. I went on a hot day and they were gracious enough to allow my dog inside - I'm definitely a 'regular' now! 🐾

Went in to sell some silver bullion (coins and bars). Staff was helpful and professional. Process was smooth and they paid a fair price, in cash. Just a few cents off the current bid price.

This team and I mean everyone that works here with 100% respect. I bought just 3 silver eagles and now I have over 4 pounds of pure silver in less than 3 months. I've watched people spend $5,000 to $50,000 and they Still treated me as if I'm spending that much. Thank you guys. And they don't even know that I'm broke. I invested all that I could when I could.
