(August 7, 2022, 6:37 pm)Has a great family feel stemming from mixed parents/kids classes. Tues-Sat class is typical broken up with an hour of skills work, typically drilling a series or family of moves. The last 30 minutes is usually rolling in a tournament format. This help those going to tournaments immensely. Mondays & Fridays are no-gi rolling.
