(March 1, 2022, 10:12 am)Looked like a great place to live, the guy at the front was different than expected. Super helpful and knowledgeable, there are incomes restrictions and they are stringent so I would suggest looking into it BEFORE applying and save yourself the $45 per person application fee unlike we did. They are low income, but they are brand new so they aren't trashed yet. Good luck
(October 25, 2021, 6:09 pm)The new apartment manager is awesome very professional and easy to talk to when need to. The apartments are being ran alot better then they were now that Britt Morgan is the apartment manager. I absolutely respect her and her opinion.
