Scott is hands down the sweetest guy! He was interactive with my 7 year old daughter, who was highly interested in the process. Easy to get ahold of, arrived on-time, very friendly and knowledgeable. My carpets had cat urine smells, gross!!! First cat and because I'm getting him fixed, I wanted to clean them to start fresh. It's been 2 days and the urine smell is gone. My carpets look amazing, like they are brand new from when I first moved in. From arrival, setup, cleaning and when he left, it was maybe an hour or a little over. Highly recommended and I even sent his information to a friend who booked him a few days later! I had 2 bedrooms and 2 closets cleaned and you can't beat the price! Thanks Scott!!!

Carpets and heavily-used rugs (white) came out like they are brand new. Had him back to do our sofa with chimney soot on it which no other place wanted to touch -- even "dry" cleaning (White linen). We thought it was a lost cause -- he proved otherwise. Scott did an incredible job and the sofa too looks brand new. On time, very professional, trustworthy, and great conversation. If you don't use solution carpet cleaning your wasting your money! Scott and his process does such a tremendous job you will call him again and again. He does carpet restoration if you have had a flood from a burst hot water tank and you can't tell it ever happened. Have used Solution carpet cleaning for years and I will use no other company.
