(September 10, 2019, 1:37 pm)Charles and his paralegals are incredible, Milissa is great!! The front desk attitudes could be better. But, most importantly, when you talk to your case assigned parallel, they are very thorough, kind and explain and answer any questions or concerns regarding your case. They never hesitate to help whenever needed.
So five stars with a caveat that front desk could decide to speak to people more kindly.
