Swan Creek Park

Great park and surrounding forest. Ideal for easy walk with anyone in the family to include dogs. Plenty of parking and very peaceful place to hang out.

If you're looking for a getaway into Washington's mossy, magical forests, but don't have time to drive three hours east or west into our state or national parks, may I recommend Swan Creek?

This is a park with plenty to do for those who love to get active outdoors. Mountain biking paths, kids interactive play area and an off-leash dog run. The best part is the secluded trails that take you far and away from the big city noise into the trees down to the river before bringing you back up to civilization. It's a fantastic way to take a break from the day to day when you need a reset with Mother Nature.

Great walking trails for families! Restrooms are open and there are portable restrooms along the trail as well. We found a small playground just outside the community garden area in the residential zone.

I've been here a few times and each time me and my family are able to do something different. I love this park/hiking area. It's very peaceful. The birds, the trees, the random flowers oh and I saw an orange 🦎. Along with a beautiful hummingbird. Definitely a place to check out.

Came here to get to the Uplands area - directions were not ideal to find it, but we figured it out. It is AMAZING!!! Hiking, walking paths, dog parks, mountain biking, historical markers, all the things! Heads up though - public bathrooms are currently closed so plan accordingly. Definitely a space we will be visiting again and again.
