The person who serviced our home was excellent. He was very personable and gave helpful information regarding a question I asked him regarding fruit flies. Very pleased with Croach Pest Control services.

I called this morning because we found a bold face hornet nest the size of a basketball! I'm allergic to hornets so they said they were going to get a technician out at the end of the day. Alexander was out around 5:30 pm and left at about 8 pm. The nest was built around a few branches and required being cut out. Alexander worked diligently and removed the nest then checked the property for any others. We have been Croach customers for years now and couldn't be happier with their technicians. Always friendly courteous and respectful. Thank you Alexander for the professional that you are!

Called out due to a nest of wasps in a covered sprinkler valve control. Very studious and attention to detail in treating it so that they will be gone (seem to be gone quickly) and made sure we done have pets outside.... Polite and professional. "Thank you for your good service."

He called 30mins before arriving as promised and arrived on time, was friendly and provided me with a professional assessment. Addressed the issue i called them for and provided me with a very comprehensive evaluation for my current issue and solutions to help keep pests away. I asked him to prepare and provide me with an estimate for future services and gave me options to work with which he did. If and when we do decide to go with his services, Croach is definitely at the top of my list.

Croach is a terrific pest control company that provides great value for full-service pest control. Alexander was my technician today, and he did a FABULOUS job, as always. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction AND he is extremely polite and professional.
