(March 15, 2022, 5:41 pm)Over the last year I have been taking my son to work with Tawni and in that time he has made significant progress in his speech and language development. What I really appreciate about Tawni is her professionalism and patience while working with our strong willed child. She’s provided us with updated assessments so we can track his growth. The improvement we see in his speech has been a night and day difference. It’s just such a great feeling to know that my son looks forward to seeing her each week or when relatives compliment how much more they can understand our son now. Thank you Tawni for helping our son strengthen his speech and language skills and continue to grow in confidence.

Our daughter has overcome several challenges since birth so it was frustrating to all of us when she would try to communicate but wasn’t able. We were able to make an appointment with Tawni quickly and have her evaluate our daughter. Since then, not only has Tawni worked with our daughter but she also equips us with tools to help her! I see a difference in my daughter’s communication and, as a family, we feel supported! I highly recommend Mrs. Tawni!
(March 15, 2022, 10:33 am)My 6-year-old daughter has been seeing Miss Tawni for several months for help with her R’s. It has been such a fun weekly experience for her — she works but she also gets to play with Miss Tawni (and doesn’t always realize that the fun “playtime” is also work time as well!). Tawni has been extremely helpful for us as family as we also work at home to help my daughter with the tricky R’s. Tawni provides us with a detailed overview and progress update after every session, sends us home with homework, too. She recommends speech therapy app games to use on our iPad at home, prints out worksheets to help guide us and suggests other ways to work in speech practice to daily life. She makes her sessions fun and she engages with my daughter so well. My daughter is excited to go to speech each week — she draws her pictures and wants me to send Miss Tawni messages when success has been reached at home! Tawni’s communication with parents is fantastic. Her paperwork is detailed and easy to follow. She is flexible and forgiving when traffic makes us late and she works with our insurance to make sure my daughter gets all the treatment she needs to be successful. We have had a wonderful time with Miss Tawni and can’t recommend her highly enough! KidsTalk is the best!
(October 24, 2018, 6:26 pm)Tawni treated my now 5 year old son a few years ago, and is now seeing my youngest son. She is just fabulous. She genuinely cares about the kiddos she treats and is so thoughtful and meticulous with each plan she puts in place for each individual child as their needs are all so different. My oldest son “graduated” from speech and now my youngest is showing progress with each visit. Tawni has always been such a joy to work with and she takes the time to explain what was worked on after each visit. I highly recommend KidsTalk and am so grateful to have found such a great SLP!
