Seattle Airstream Adventures

We bought a certified used Airstream, which had a 1 year warranty. 5 months later we ran into some issues, but Airstream Seattle stepped up and came through. Watch out for the certified used warranty as it didn't cover anything, including a leak! But Michael the manager made things right. This dealer seems to have integrity and would do business again.

We have used Chiane Martin for the past several months in the service department. She responds quickly, has helped remedy a couple operating concerns and with developing regular maintenance issues. It’s been a goofy several months , but Chiane has made it a bit easier with her personality and it’s her efficiency at Airstream Covington.

Parts dept. was very helpful. Answered questions I was looking for a week at other rv dealers.

If you can ask for Michael he is the most patient and understanding salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not everything goes 100% but Michael is always on hand to calmly sort things and get you what you need and couldn’t be happier. Well done he is a credit !!
