Experienced experts on automobile
George (the mechanic) is super knowledgeable and very honest. He has always treated me with the utmost respect, and explains things very clearly. In fact, he's a great guy just to talk to. He takes his business very seriously and goes out of his way for the customer.
Here's a little side story...
My family and I were going to tow our trailer over the mountains for a camping trip. I needed the ball joints in my truck replaced, so I had George do the work. The day before we left for the hills one of the ball joints came out. Turns out this was not his fault, the dealer gave us the wrong parts. Still George felt terrible. He actually came to my house with the correct parts and tools and did all of the work right in my driveway.. FREE of charge! He saved our family vacation and prevented what could have been a disaster. And so, he gained a customer and friend for life.
