(September 20, 2022, 9:04 pm)The property is nice! The people that work here do good work and they will work with you on getting in to a place. I applied for a 2×1 just under qualifying and went for the 1x1. The next day ended up in 2x2 with a garage which definitely helped me out alot. Have you storage prices now? Absolutely ridiculous! I would definitely recommend this place or company to get a nice place through. The gym is better then alot of apartments also valet trash service! Check them out for you self!
(September 9, 2022, 10:35 pm)Really like the location so close to restaurants, shopping etc...Carly was so energetic and funny....the apartment and amenities were very clean...they even have an enclosed place for your dog to chill out at....however after a year of being out bidded for 5 houses I got a house....yay for me...but thank you Karly for the tour and info I will recommend you and the Wellington to anyone who is looking for a place to reside

I have absolutely loved my last 3 years renting through you guys, and we couldn't have asked for a better management company.Thank you so much for your exceptional service from front desk to maintenance. A special thank you to Chloe, for always going out of your way to make sure whatever I needed was handled amazingly, Keep up the great work!
