Very professional, person who was doing the work, detailed step by step what was going to be done. After he was done, explained how long it would take for the carpet to be dried, to be careful when going from the carpet to hardwood floors. Thank you so very much, smells good and looks very good.

Everything was great! He was able to remove stains I never expected. The tile in entryway & master bedroom carpet looks almost brand new. The technician was very friendly, fast, and did a great job. We had 3 rooms cleaned and it was $205. The carpet looks brand new. We would definitely use them again.
