Wins Strength and Conditioning

Ive been going here since February and I have been so impressed with the results I’m seeing. Tim is great at what he does, he keeps it comfortable and fun while staying professional. Every session is always different, so we’re never bored. I can’t say enough great things about Wins Strength and Conditioning.

I was nervous because I hadn't worked out in a LONG time but Tim started me out with some basics and increased the challenges over time. I felt a difference and I could see a difference! our workouts are always changing up so I never get bored.

As someone who has worked with a variety of personal trainers and taken many exercise classes at different gyms, I have to say that Tim is the finest instructor with whom I've had the pleasure to work. He truly cares about his clients physical condition and modifies his instruction to accommodate his clients physical condition when necessary. I saw great Improvement in my strength and fitness overall. He made many recommendations for things I could be doing at home to further my fitness.
