It was a couple of years ago, but I had a handful of sessions here and learned some good tools for anxiety. He didn’t seem like he was trying to get me “on the hook” at any point. So I was glad for the experience and not needing to invest much time or money into the process.
My experience with James a couple of years ago was life changing. I was in denial about PTSD, and it was tearing me apart. James helped me disentangle my past and heal. He even helped me identify psychological issues from before my trauma that were acting as roadblocks to my recovery.
