Costco Optical

I've never had any issues here as far as just purchasing glasses (I go somewhere else for my eye exams). Their glasses are reasonably priced and sometimes they have promotions like 30% off or BOGO 40% Off. You don't have to call to set up an appt, just pick a number and wait to be called. I'm usually in and out of this place and get my glasses 1-2 weeks. They also have a small selection of designer glasses if you're into that! As for the customer service, sure it could be a little bit better as far as interaction goes, but it doesn't really bother me. They're getting their job done and like I said, I'm in and out!

I typically don't write reviews but feel that this one was warranted. My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. As first-time customers, he walked us through the steps to get glasses and was very professional while being very friendly. I cannot speak for the rest of the staff but I can highly recommend talking to Mark if you can. Other than that, Costco had a so-so selection of glasses and a sparse supply of sunglasses which wasn't a huge issue for us. The entire process was relatively quick (

This was my first time trying out a new optometrist. I was overall impress with the receptionist clerks on providing excellent customer services since I asked for a walk in appointment. My first eye exam with Dr. Kenny was amazing since he provided detail explanations regarding my eyes and accurately answer my questions regarding concerns that I had. This place fully provides compassionate care to their patients that exceed my expectations.
