Our tradition of creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere allows people to open up, be inspired, and challenge themselves. We have multiple teachers on staff that vary in expertise, style, and approach. By providing you with a variety of classes to choose from each day, we are able to meet the needs of our diverse client base. We have something for everyone! Our hot room is heated up to 100°F-105°F with 30%-40% humidity. The temperature provides an ideal environment for maximum flexibility and blood flow.
