Busier than I would’ve thought given the store fronts homey appearance; but once I tried the cemitas I understood. Every bit as good as the Cemitas I’ve ad in either LA or Puebla itself.

Expensive and they use cheap meat. Carne asada was made from low quality meat, probably from a local tienda.

I love this place, I lived in Puebla Mexico for a year and fell in love with the food and this is pretty spot on
