I cannot recommend Shannon highly enough. She has helped me heal so many times! I am dealing with tension headaches and neck/back pain as well as anxiety issues, and Shannon's treatments have made a world of difference for me. She is an intuitive, caring healer. She involves you in your own healing process, asking for your input and sharing her knowledge of yoga and acupuncture. Her presence is focused, calm, and comfortable, and she is very attuned to your well being. I am so thankful for her!

I have to admit, I started off skeptical of acupuncture and a little afraid of needles but now i'm a true believer and the fear is gone. I suffer from quite a lot of knee pain from old sports injuries and I regularly "throw" my back out.
