Needed to have a rear passenger door power window replaced due to a rock from a weedeater shattering it. John answered the phone quickly, confirmed the make and model of my vehicle and quoted me a price in just a couple minutes. He was then able to get me scheduled less than 24 hrs later.

John texted me the following day, as an earlier appointment opportunity came up, just to see if it worked better with my schedule.

John and team finished the work in less than 2 hours and everything was perfect.

Incredibly attentive and very responsive. Everywhere else had at least a two week wait, but USA Auto Glass was able to squeeze me in same day. They even vacuumed out all the shattered glass from my car and made it feel like new. Amazing service.
