The employees at Big O always go above and beyond in providing fast but reliable repairs with excellent customer service. They helped me keep my 2003 KIA in excellent running condition for 17 years & 250+ k miles.

Last minute affair. Needed snow tire ontoday, going pass in a blizzard. Dean got me right in. Service was really quick and tech was very courteous. Will definitely keep giving them my business.

The techs at the store were very helpful and friendly.
But don't even bother with the Big O website. The website does not communicate ANYTHING to the actual stores.
If you find what you want, or need to setup an appointment... just call them.

I've had a couple of tires repaired here. Yesterday it was something with the air valve. They had to get the part, wrong part came, then got the correct part. The young man who was helping me was so professional and pleasant to work with, I really wanted to give him a shout-out here. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but I will next time. Great experience!
