Mindy and all of the ladies at Craig Johnson's office are absolutely exceptional!!!! Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! My family's home and auto insurance needs have been handled by them for almost 7 years now and there isn't a situation in the world (hypothetical or actual), that I couldn't call them up with where they wouldn't be of the upmost help. I'm shown genuine friendliness, extreme patience, and stellar communication on every single call and when I hang up, I always feel better... with that kind of care I'd be a fool to go anywhere else!!!
