(April 10, 2019, 8:29 pm)After far too long, I decided to return to martial arts as a middle aged dad. My son (age eight) and I have both been training here for some time now, and we both really enjoy the experience.
Safety management is excellent. Really appreciate the family-friendly approach. Adult classes are both excellent exercise and mental training. The kid classes are great - my son is learning a lot and making friends.
All of the instructors have been amazing! If you are considering martial arts, make sure to swing by and say hello to Sensei Jeremiah!
