NW Wholesaler

I purchased a few lucky bamboo pots from them via amazon. One of them arrived with a small crack. I emailed their customer service and they sent me a replacement immediately. Very nice and helpful staff.

UPDATE: Just spoke with Justine, and got great customer service. She immediately knew I'd be calling and said Steve promised me a free air plant. I was not expecting that, and I'm touched by the generosity. Only had to pay shipping, which is more than fine. Justine was so sweet and helpful. She also helped me order the fertilizer spray that I mentioned I was looking for.

Thank you, Steve and Justine! I tried to reply to Steve's message to me, but can't for some reason. Will definitely be shopping with NW Wholesaler again!

I feel stupid. Got the ceramic figurine (it's cute!), but no air plant. Oops. Bought thru Amazon, but I can't find the right air plant thru NW Wholesaler on Amazon to fit the figurine. Please help.
