(December 14, 2022, 12:50 am)Mr. Bill is an awesome gentleman to work with. Got my locks re-keyed in record time as he trained one of the new supervisors on how to work with my particular lock. He was patient and very helpful in explaining the process not only to his coworker, but to myself.
All around a great experience.
(October 3, 2022, 11:05 am)Love the service, but have noticed the associates vary pretty widely in their knowledge & ability to advise.
It's also frustrating when a section is in such a state if disarray it prolongs the trip unnecessarily. The "transitions" section of flooring was a jungle of disorganized product.
Generally good selection & competitive pricing tho.
