Jeff greeted us and made us feel welcome right away.(That's important). We watched the class and she signed up. I am excited to see where this adventure will take her!

(September 1, 2019, 10:51 pm)Chase made it to the UFC. Congrats to him and his team. If you want to train at a gym that has UFC talent, this is the only spot in King County. Will be in Vegas December 14 to enjoy the fights. Excited to see new talent emerge from Washington.
(June 3, 2017, 3:31 pm)I hired Jeff and his team to come to my facility to put on a special class for myself and my staff. They were very professional and extremely patient with us as we are Jujitsu beginners. The curriculum was perfect.
As a karate student and school owner for almost 25 years I have seen and studied under many great instructors. I would put Jeff and his team in the top 1%. The instruction was very, very good.
