NOVUS Glass of Vancouver

I had a 1 inch crack caused by a flying pebble. The crack needed to be repaired promptly before the crack lengthened. Novus set me up with an appointment quickly. Rusty - the serviceman - repaired it in about 1/2 hour. The crack is near invisible now, which I did not expect. The on-site service call was less han $100. I am quite happy with Novus' service!

I chipped my windshield on the freeway on a Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon, Rusty had come out to my house and fixed it better than any other rock chip repair I've had. I even have another one on my windshield that looks terrible now in comparison. Very happy!

Called Novus while getting a new set of tires at les Schwab in Battle ground and was told by the dispatch there was a tech on his way to our area. About 45 minutes later our tires were on and Rusty from Novus pulled in to fix a rock chip in our windshield. Rusty was professional, personable and obviously knew his job very well! Whole thing took less than 30 minutes and Novus is a preferred vendor for all insurance companies except State Farm. Didn't cost us a dime and the work is guaranteed. No deductible on repair!
