5 stars for an auto licensing site?? Yep!!! Just registered my car and was delighted with the service: no wait; friendly, helpful, and patient agent, clean, appreciated the seating for waiting (which I didn't have.) Cuddo! Please take note other State and Federal agencies, it is possible to offer excellent service.

Things went smooth. I didn't wait hours only 45 mins and that was to register my car and change my license to Washington. I like that they take your picture at the same window I git my license. It was nice not having to wait in another lane.

2 day trips there? Not this time. in and out fast. Lady that waited on me was very good at what she does-this is how they all should go, like she did. still have to go there every time I buy a new vehicle, that will never change
still nice to only spend 15 minutes there.

My recent visit to this DMV was top notch! Make your appt online (Plan ahead cuz it usually takes a month to schedule) and oh my, what a difference! Did the application online for my son to get his ID ahead of time. When I arrived 10 minutes early, I freaked out internally (with what number they were on).BUT They called my number maybe 2 minutes later, than my scheduled appt! Right on time pretty much! In and out in no time. I was a happy mom! Thank you guys for such true service.
