Redesigning the customer journey to make navigating insurance purchasing and claims management a less intimidating and negative experience. The cost isn't any greater for the end-customer, but the overall experience is much more confidence-inspiring than the lower-end norm out there. Aaron Edwards was WONDERFUL to work with. He was very professional and listened to what I had to say. He took the information that I provided and came back with some excellent quotes. Much less then the company that I was going to go with. He was prompt and followed through until the end. I love the fact that he is the person that I go through for my insurance needs.
