Coastal Virginia Spine and Pain Center

Arrived at 8am for 8:20appt. Barely handed in my forms when I was taken to the back. BP checked moved to another room and in less than 2minutes was taken to procedure room. Entire treatment explained, executed, and discharged in less than 30 minutes. That is a huge WOW!!

The staff was friendly. The offices were clean and spacious. Dr. Nock was friendly and knowledgeable. She kept us on time and answered all our questions.

Dr. Spear and his staff are truly amazing. He and his staff are friendly and reassuring. He thoroughly explained my procedure before we started and set my mind at ease. The procedure was almost painless.
I feel so much better after having my first steriod injection yesterday.

Fantastic people running this organization, been dealing with a medical issue for three years that kept getting blamed on a previous medical condition. They took the time to listen to my issue and come up with concrete actions to try and get me treated. Give these guys a chance.

Office was very clean, staff at desk very nice and patient (I got lost). Kristi Nixon was very efficient, competent, and kind. Dr. Spears was great. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Before I left the office tests had been ordered, prescriptions called in, and next appointment set. I would highly recommend this center to anyone in pain!
