Caliber Collision

Unfortunately know all too well how great the Caliber team is at both repair work and customer service. This is definitely my go to shop. Also, shoutout to Patrick and the team at the Diamond Springs location, definitely happy with the repairs, and wash/detail job.

They do outstanding work. They are excellent communicators. The only reason I’m giving them four stars is because I had a few minor scratches on one of the passenger doors that I had asked them if they could just touch it up for me, and they chose not to, and it really would’ve only taken them 3 to 5 minutes.

My service agent, Patrick, was great. He not only fixed my car perfectly but also dealt with the insurance company for me, which was a huge help. He kept me updated and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Really happy with the service and would recommend them, especially Patrick, to anyone needing car repairs.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond to make my experience pleasurable, while I was out of a vehicle. Dave kept me updated on a daily basis and had my vehicle completed before the expected due date. I would use and recommend them in the future. I was very pleased with their services. Customer service is a rare find these days. Thank you Caliber.
