  From initial contact, to signing lease to moving in could not have been a more positive experience. Leigh, the property manager is awesome. Steve, the maintenance superintendent is very friendly and prepared my apartment beyond my expectations and it did not need need any cleaning, prior to moving in my belongings. Met a few of the neighbors and everyone has been so welcoming. It is so quiet. I figured moving on a holiday weekend that it might be a bit noisy, but it wasn’t at all. Even at midnight, neighbors walk their dogs over to the dog park and people are out on the front stoops , but it’s quiet. I mean the noisest thing I’ve encountered are the creaky staircases ( and there not even too loud) in the buildings, but I’m not complaining, because it does alert you that someone is in the building coming up the staircase . I am very pleased.

  So far so good. We moved into Amhurst last October. The complex is older but very well kept. Our unit has an older dishwasher but it works amazingly; the rest of the larger appliances are newer and work well.
  
  Central air/heat is wonderful to have. Maintenance is always quick to fix things. Leigh (the property manager) is wonderful, she's so friendly and willing to help whenever issues arise.
  
  Bugs have been pretty minimal so far. I'm curious to see what issues arise with hot weather regarding insects, but so far we are very pleased to live at these apartments and highly recommend them.
