Kings Grant Landing Apartments

Chelsey in the office made the process of moving in very easy for me, and was able to answer my many questions within the same day of my emails. The one bedroom apartment feels very spacious for myself and my dog. The surrounding area feels very safe, and all of the current residents have been very friendly. I've only been here for a month, and I don't have any complaints!

Let me tell you, Chelsey is the truth! She was so friendly when I walked-in for a tour and extremely helpful! She answered all of my questions, explained the application process in depth, and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. I can't wait to move in!

I’ve had an issue it was fixed in a prompt and diligent manner. I needed my oven replaced and it was replaced the same day. Within an hour of me reporting the issue. Michael and Don were in and out and checked to make sure everything was working efficiently before they left. The sense of urgency and professionalism is appreciated.

We've lived here nearly 4 1/2 years and have enjoyed it. The office staff, especially Chelsea, have been wonderful. Whenever we've needed maintenance, things have been repaired in a timely fashion. If it can't be repaired, it's been replaced. We love our screened in patio. It gives us added living space. The pool in the summer has been especially enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet, and neighbors are nice.
