(March 7, 2021, 3:53 pm)When it comes to Mobile Home Parks, Derby Run is the several grades above the rest. Unlike some parks the speed reducers are fair and not the size of curbs. And the management are delightful. Many wonderful neighbors. Great for kids. Near not one but two 7-11s.
(August 14, 2020, 11:26 am)This mobile home park is the cleanest nicest mobile home park in the city! Grew up here and had a wonderful childhood with great memories! A great family oriented neighborhood.
(September 28, 2019, 7:22 am)I have been here 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with the management and neighborhood.
Recently a sewer line broke, and while I was concerned that it might be a fight to get it fixed, I was out of my home for exactly one week. Everything is 100% back to normal and Denise was amazing about keeping me informed as to progress and got everything handed professionally and quickly.
