Pediatric Affiliates of Hampton Roads: Robert D Lehman MD and Nancy A Wick MD

Just moved from Nashville, TN! I absolutely love Dr. Wick! Matt also got me in quick for an appointment, little to no wait time once we arrived. Everything was great. Very friendly people. 10/10 customer service for sure. BOTH receptionist are great.

Dr Wick is so gentle in dealing with children as well as parents. She takes the time to explain rather than rush parents off the phone when having an emergency concern. She has always been so responsive and also so patient with our daughter and her fears with doctors. She is the reason I stay with this practice I can’t thank her enough.

I have never written a review for a doctor’s office before, but feel the need to for this practice. If you’re looking for evidence based and honest care, this is the place to go. Dr. Lehman and Dr. Wick are both extremely professional and make sure my daughter is cared for with every visit. Sure there have been times where I waited for a while to see a doc, but I’m always forewarned and it is usually because the doc and nurses generously made space in the day to provide care for my daughter when she was sick. Dr. Lehman is my daughter’s primary care provider and he encouraged an environment where I - as a first time mom - was not judged for my concerns which may seem tedious or silly to a medical professional. This is actually one do the biggest reasons I continued to bring my daughter. Nursing staff and the front desk were always professional and gentle with my daughter. I am sad to be moving to a different state and unable to continue to have my daughter treated here, but felt leaving this review is one of the best ways to show my appreciation.
