My experience interacting with the staff has been awesome. Always polite, courteous, professional and willing to help in any way they can. I had an issue with storage insurance (covered under my homeowner's insurance) and they immediately worked to resolve the situation and proceeded to adjust my monthly invoice lowering my monthly storage fee. I highly recommend the Cottage Grove facility to anyone seeking a great storage space to rent.

Friendly and reliable staff. Called Wednesday with a question regarding my payment. Miranda said she would look into it and call me back on Friday. Early Friday afternoon she called back and was able to answer and resolve my questions. Highly recommend.

Very easy to work with the staff and to get help. Very clean and well taken care of facility and would come back if I have more future storage needs!!

Been with them for a couple years. Started out with a smaller unit then went bigger. They have always been helpful. Clean facilities. very pleasant staff. Always met my needs.
