Velocity Urgent Care

Can’t say enough good things about how great my experience at Velocity was. Had what I thought was chronic bronchitis. Scheduled appointment and was seen pronto. Turns out I had pneumonia which they diagnosed immediately, sent me to hospital with paperwork and X-ray. As far as I’m concerned, Velocity and its staff are tops!

The Dr was very kind and thorough. She was better than my employer about my injury and I appreciate the care she showed.

Thursday night 12/2/21 was my 3rd visit within the past few months. Same wonderful caring and professional experience. Online appt was easy to make and complete. The lady (forgive me for not remembering your name)at front desk was ready for me the second I walked in wait each time was only a few minutes. Kimberly took my vitals explaining who would see me taking time listening to my symptoms, questions and health history in the sweetest, respectful manner. My examination and diagnosis was spot on, awesome providers! In and out in under an hour. I just moved to the area so seeking medical care was difficult to start but the result was finding a gem! Thank you
