Bojangles

The service and employees were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious. Had the crispy chicken sandwich. With Cole slaw seasoned fries and dirty rice and was definitely top notch. Highly recommend going back!!

DO BETTER BOJANGLES! The food is always great. I placed an order in the Bojangles Chicken app for Bridge Rd, Suffolk, VA. I arrived in about 30 minutes. The app gave me a free family meal which would not be available in the store. Upon arrival, an employee helped me and couldn't find my order. The app showed the items I bought were in the cart still. I paid again. Now my bank shows the charge 2x. Yesterday I spent $30.70 at store 1013 in Portsmouth, Va. I found out they had no chicken at all. Still waiting for that refund. I haven't been contacted.

Love coming to this location, especially when Ms. Tina is the manager. I'm a college student and on a fixed income and money is tight. Ms. Tina always makes me aware of any deals or promotions going on or if there's any coupons available on menu items.That makes me feel like she really cares about the needs of her customers. She always makes sure my food is hot and super fresh with the most genuine kindness and courtesy in customer service. If you're ever in Suffolk and feel like chicken. Please go to the neighborhood Bojangles, ask for Tina. She'll make sure you're taken care of.

I had the choice to come into work today and I chose to. Glad I did because I stopped at this store for a quick bite and noticed Ieft my wallet at home. I apologized and asked them to cancel the order and pulled over. The sweetheart working drive through told me to hold on, that she had something coming to the door. Then the prettiest young lady I have ever seen brought me food and they said happy holidays. I can say that I'm way over pleased with this phenomenal staff and their hospitality. Thank you guys so much for making a bad day go better.
