Dr. Ngante is wonderful, but her staff needs more training. It took a week to get a message to the Dr. that her prescription for my medication was not received by the pharmacy so it could be resent. I used the office in Ladysmith.

Dr. Ngnate is wonderful!! I have seen her for several years. I have seen other psychiatrist in Fredericksburg and none can compare to her. Recommendation from my therapist, and I’m so thankful. She never rushes me and always have time for me. She takes her time to make sure your medications are the best for you. She really cares about you! She will get back with you at a timely matter. Her most concern is her patients! I’m very thankful for Dr. Ngnate and recommend her highly.

I see Ms. Bradbury ~ my appointments are in person or tele-health. She is always on time or early for our appointments.

She has been excellent at asking questions and making a good diagnosis.

I get much better sleep at night and feel more mentally stable and not feeling highs and cries during the day.

I had a great experience with Grace Health as a student. All the providers are very professional and take time to know their patient and listen to their needs.The ladies at the front desk are just awesome. I will definitely recommend this place for patients as well as students wanting to learn.
