The Shops at 5807

I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness. No place is perfect I believe but The Preserve at Sagebrook is a good and safe place to live at. The Maintenance team are quick to respond, There are activities for families, the price is right (I hope it will not increase) and also it’s close to groceries and the mall.
We’ve been here for almost 9 mos now and so far I had no complains and headache.
Our apartment is listed as classic (not the renovated one) but it looks new.
So sad we will not renew because I had a new job at a different state.
Also, I have no complains with my neighbor above me, it’s understandable that we will hear footsteps and some noise sometimes because the apartment is wood and not concrete but it’s ok. I am still happy with my stay.

Hands down one of the most professional property management companies we have ever had. The staff are always so helpful, and go out of their way to make your experience awesome! There is always fun events planned and chances to win cool stuff. We won concert tickets with VIP parking passes to Jon Pardi and had the best time! Maintenance guys are amazing too! Yolanda is an amazing property manager and it reflects in all aspects of the property!

The maintenance guys here are great but one stands out above the rest (John) he is just an all around great guy anything that needs done or repair he is on it all you have to do is just ask once and its done. Always so professional and polite. Thanks for all you do.

Preserve is a great place to live! Highly recommended. Yolanda, Jessica and Taylor are wonderful to work with and always happy to answer any questions! They work really hard to create neighborhood events to bring everyone together! And you can rest easy knowing if you have a maintenance issue the maintenance group will get it taken care of quickly!

This diamond in the rough gift shop tops all others. The look of an eclectic department store, it's actually 20 different shops under one roof, checking out at one register with complimentary gift wrapping. The staff of women working at this store are very welcoming and helpful.
