Upon arriving, I was very kindly greeted and asked right away if I needed assistance. Then I made my requests, I was very accommodated and shown every model, price, and design there was to offer. After making my decision the staff was very diligent on making sure I received everything I asked for. Finally, my I was very content with my purchase and am anxiously waiting for my new furniture.

Martha Gail waited on me was and she was absolutely wonderful.

The sales rep was friendly, socialable, patient, and helpful. All questions were answered, and any time I called, my initial sales rep was immediately present to assist me with my needs. Not only were the items beautiful (purchased) , but the attitudes (of the present workers during my day of furniture viewing, as well as the delivery guys) of the Badcock employees are beautiful too! #ThisGoesALongWay

Ms. Margaret Smith made shopping a fun & pleasant experience. She was so sweet, attentive and kind. Stores need more customer service like this.
