Horrible customer service. They dont answer the calls!

I called the next day, and customer service picked up the phone quickly. They were friendly and helped a lot. But for some reasons, it took longer for delivery service to get back. The customer service helped me twice to put forward my request to the delivery people! They didn’t get back.
My freight got to its destination.
