Mary Munford Playground

Always known as the "big" playground in RVA, we took our children here 20+ yrs ago and today our grandchildren. Over the years, it has expanded. From the wooden step fort of the past, to newer equipment added to playlots surrounding it. A nice pavilion stands in its midst with several tables, providing a great cool place for a picnic lunch. The playgrounds are available to the public after school hrs during the week and all day on weekends.

Solid wooden playground structure for climbing and hiding. Also enclosed which is a huge bonus

I go to school here and it is so wonderful you could even come during school hours to play they are so nice

Nice open space in a wonderful neighborhood. A great place to have fun with your dog and family.

Great park! One of the best in Richmond county.
