Excellent as always. They were running just a tiny bit behind. The cashier asked what car I was driving, and told me if I wanted she'd run it out to me. A few minutes later, I was on my way with an Italian sub, fries, and a Stromboli. All were excellent.

One of the best pizza joints in Richmond, if not the best. My family had been eating here since my grandfather discovered it years & years ago - he wouldn't go anywhere else.
I also love that it's in Carytown, my personal favorite area in town.

I have never had a bad meal here. I took the wife and kids there for dinner on Christmas Eve. The restaurant was half full. Staff was very happy to have us. Very attentive. They were really busy with pick up orders. We ordered a gluten free mushroom and sausage pizza for my wife. The kids ordered a slice each of meat lovers and black olive cheese pizza. I ordered the sausage parmesan baked sub.

Great food, great staff, and clean front and back of the house. You can see the cook line and see it's clean, but that's just part of it; the calamari are the tip off. No matter what day or time of day you get the calamari it is always golden brown—not ever burnt brown—golden. I can only guess at how often the oil is changed. I love this place! If your out of the delivery zone (until dine-in is available), do your palate a favor and order pickup. The best in town, period.
