Vine and Branch representative Rob came to our home, inspected the area of infestation as well as the rest of our home. Came back and treat our entire house. When it was safe for us to return, there was no visible sign of anything and no smell of any pesticide. He did a follow-up visit/inspection ready to treat but not one insect was found. Rob was very careful with all of our furniture, courtesy and polite and did everything in the timeframe in which he gave. The cost was budget friendly. If I could give a higher rating I would because he first of all has a great personality, on time,. he sends you a reminder the day before and confirms with you the day of & when he arrives he will walk you thoroughly through the inspection he will be performing in, outside, crawl spaces. He did a thorough job of my property afterwards by spraying & laying any traps & will be returning to do the termite treatment. When he left I felt like I could breathe again. This is his second visit to my home in a week to follow up on his work from his1st visit and again a reminder before & confirm the day of my appointment.. I am so happy with his work , I now know why my daughter referred Vine & Branch. If you have a pest problem, I absolutely recommend this company. Your not just getting your problems solved but your getting Excellent service of a person & company that cares.
