I needed a tow to a transmission shop. The dispatch set me up quickly, and the truck driver was right on time. I believe the driver's name was Robert, however I'm not positive, and he did a very good job. I've seen some tow drivers struggle before but Robert had the truck up quickly and ready to go. He was also very nice. Great towing company, would recommend!

Love the professionalism that Walter Hathaway showed me. He was so very kind and helped me tremendously. I honestly felt horrible but he helped calm me down and that's what I needed the most. I thought for sure it would take over an hour because that's always been past experience with other companies but he responded in a timely manner. I will ALWAYS ask for him in the future. Make sure you always get the name of the driver so you can always request that person.
