Very efficient, friendly, and professional. Had an appointment at 8:44, was called back as soon as my paperwork was done. Saw the nurse and the physician who fixed my issue and I was out in less than an hour. Very happy with the care I received

Back office was awesome, the staff was courteous and very professional and knowledgeable. I would have liked to give 5 stars but apparently if you didn't have an appointment you had to wait outside until called and it was very hot.

When I arrived at Velocity Urgent Care, I was impressed by the professionalism of the nurses who checked me in. They addressed you by name. Once inside the exam room, they did everything they needed to do so that I didn't have to wait for them a long time. Overall, I was pleased with my visit here. Thank you all for everything that you did for me so that I could recover from my illness.

I love efficiency. This urgent care was so different than any other experience. Website let me choose a checkin time. I didn't have to wait on arrival. Got checked in right away. I really hope it stays this way. I would highly recommend.

I made my appointment online last night and registered online. Was given a reminder by text an hour before my scheduled appointment. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a short amount of time. I was 15 minutes early, but I was done within 15 mins of my appointment. I did have one of the first appointments so there wasn’t anything to slow down the process. The doctor found my injury type within minutes. I was extremely happy with the entire process.
